Ragioni Tecniche, a contemporary art gallery in Venice, Italy, is pleased to announce a discussion with the artists and curators of its new exhibition called “Unscripted: Venetian Ecosystems.” The first in a series of annual group exhibitions featuring artists from Venice and its environs. The artist and curators talk will feature a thematic overview and a question-answer session with 51 LIRE members (the curators) and the exhibition artists Lara Barzon (with Luca Manfredi), Arianna Favaretto Cortese, Matteo Losurdo, Roberto Moro, Francesco Piva and Chiara Tubia.
Unscripted Venetian Systems is the first “Ragioni Veneziane” annual exhibition of work from artists in Venice and the Veneto and it includes works of photography, video, performance, and installation as well as a sound sculpture.
Ragioni Tecniche Director and Founder, George Magalios, comments on the exhibition and the artist talk:
Ragioni Veneziane is a concept of thinking about art by examining the work of artists who are born in Venice or who work in the city and its surrounding areas. Traditionally Venice is a global, cosmopolitan meeting point for contemporary art but our exhibition is a way for Venetians to learn about their own artists through different multimedia frameworks, including photography, performance and video.
The talk will be held on 17 January in the gallery at San Marco 3961, Venice, at 6pm.

Ragioni Tecniche, galleria d’arte contemporanea di Venezia, è lieta di annunciare un confronto con gli artisti e i curatori della sua nuova mostra intitolata “Unscripted: Venetian Ecosystems.”La prima di una serie di mostre collettive annuali con artisti di Venezia e dintorni. L’incontro tra artisti e curatori sarà caratterizzato da una panoramica tematica e da una sessione di domande e risposte con 51 membri LIRE (i curatori) e gli artisti della mostra Lara Barzon (con Luca Manfredi), Arianna Favaretto Cortese, Matteo Losurdo, Roberto Moro, Francesco Piva e Chiara Tubia.
Unscripted Venetian Systems è la prima mostra annuale “Ragioni Veneziane” di opere di artisti a Venezia e nel Veneto e comprende opere di fotografia, video, performance e installazione, nonché una scultura sonora.

Ragioni Veneziane è un concetto di pensare l’arte esaminando il lavoro di artisti che sono nati a Venezia o che lavorano nella città e nei suoi dintorni. Tradizionalmente Venezia è un punto di incontro globale e cosmopolita per l’arte contemporanea, ma la nostra mostra è un modo per i veneziani di conoscere i propri artisti attraverso diversi contesti multimediali, tra cui fotografia, performance e video.
